How do I use a Parwaz pad?

Unfold the Pad: Parwaz pads have two sets of wings for extra security.
Attach the Front Wings: Place the front half of the pad on the inside of your underwear, then wrap and secure the front wings underneath.
Attach the Back Wings: Lay the back half flat on your underwear and wrap the second set of wings underneath for a snug fit.
Maxi Thick & Ultra-Thin Pads: Change every 5–6 hours.
Overnight Pads: Change every 9 hours for optimal comfort and hygiene
